RXNT is celebrating the holiday season by giving back to four worthy, community-driven charities, all with a shared mission to create a healthier, happier future for all.
RXNT, a pioneering healthcare technology headquartered in Maryland, is celebrating the holiday season by giving back to four worthy, community-driven and transformational charities. The charitable organizations and nonprofits selected by RXNT and its employees include Maryland-based The Light House, Bosom Buddies, and Chesapeake Bay Foundation, along with Florida-based Barnabas Center. RXNT has a long history of giving back to local and national communities, with the tradition of annual holiday donations on behalf of the company and its employees beginning in 2021.
“RXNT’s growth and sustainability is due to the strength of its people, and what better way to celebrate the season of giving than with the causes they care about,” said Randy Boldyga, CEO, President and Founder of RXNT. “We love giving back to organizations that are handpicked by our employees and that reflect the heart and values of the team.”
Learn more about the charities RXNT is supporting in 2024:
The Light House
The Light House is a local organization, founded in 1989, that helps to prevent the cyclical “cascading effect of homelessness” by providing mental and physical health care, warm shelter, meals and pantry items, guidance, and assistance—all things vital to pave the way toward a healthy, stable life. They support over 100 struggling individuals and families daily. This is RXNT’s second time supporting The Light House and the excellent work they do.
Barnabas Center
The Barnabas Center of Nassau County was founded in 1986 with a mission to provide help and hope to those in need and improve their stability, health and well-being through medical and dental care, mobile food assistance, vision screenings, fundraising, and resale stores. This is RXNT’s second year supporting the Empty Bowls fundraising event, which supports Barnabas’ fight against food insecurity and helps bring awareness to the broader hunger crisis in the community.
Bosom Buddies
Bosom Buddies Charities, established in Queen Anne’s County, MD in 2006, supports healthcare institutions, breast cancer patients, and survivors. The organization raises awareness and provides support and high-quality treatment through generous grants and a range of community programs. In 2024, Bosom Buddies provided a total of $138,000 in grants to the following organizations in 2024: EBeauty Community, Compass Hospice, Pink Perspective, University of Maryland Medical System, Survivors Offering Support, Luminus Health, Annapolis Dragon Boat Club, Wellness House, and Leslie’s Week.
RXNT is a regular sponsor of the annual “Bosom Buddies Ball,” which benefits breast cancer and funds grants to “promote breast cancer awareness, encourage early detection, support treatment, and celebrate healing.” This event has helped raise over $3 million to support their mission.
Chesapeake Bay Foundation
The Chesapeake Bay Foundation (CBF) is an independent conservation organization founded in 1966 whose mission is to “Save the Bay.” Headquartered in Maryland and with offices and field centers throughout the DMV, the organization fights for the Chesapeake Bay estuary and its watershed. They advocate for “effective, science-based solutions to the pollution degrading the Chesapeake Bay and its rivers and streams.”
