2019 was an exciting year! We exceeded our revenue goals and were named to Inc. Magazine’s list of America’s 5000 fastest-growing private companies. In fact, over a three-year period, our revenue grew 126%! Our achievements came from the hard work of our dedicated and committed team members. And to support our hypergrowth, we’ve expanded our staff by 70%!
Strengthening RXNT’s Industry Position
We also celebrated our 20th anniversary in business. What started as a one-product company in 1999, has expanded to include award-winning and certified e-prescribing (eRx), electronic health records (EHR) with a patient portal, and practice management (PM) and billing solutions to physician practices, healthcare providers and medical billing companies. This year, we featured our Full Suite solution that includes all of our products in an integrated platform.
And, we introduced a refreshed brand that reflects our long-term expertise in healthcare technology and our focus on constant innovation. Plus, we launched a new, more intuitive website that makes it easier to find information about our proven solutions.
In addition, RXNT reached new heights in providing top-notch customer service. Our client satisfaction rating hit a high of 95% and we’re able to resolve customer concerns with the first contact over 90% of the time!
Shifting to Flexibility
