We take customer and patient data security very seriously. Our cloud-based software—with automatic updates and patches—is more secure than server-based products. RXNT follows strict information security policies across all teams, and all of our applications and data are hosted on SOC-2 Type II certified data center(s). Read more about your security steps:

  • Azure Cloud Defender: Active threat detection and response capabilities are enabled to identify and address potential security incidents.
  • Certification: We're actively pursuing HITRUST certification, demonstrating our commitment to meeting industry-recognized security standards. This process is expected to be completed in 2025.
  • Continuous Improvement: Our security program is dynamic and evolves in response to emerging threats and industry best practices. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of security for our customers and their patients.
