RXNT’s 2024 Milestones
Celebrating 25 Years of Better Care
In early 2024, RXNT celebrated its 25th year in business—a significant, incredible milestone for any company but particularly our industry. From our humble beginnings facilitating prescriptions via PDA to now facilitating over 13MM signed encounters, 20MM claims processed for more than $6.5 billion, 18MM patient reminders sent, and 120MM prescriptions transmitted, we’re incredibly proud of our team’s dedication to improving patient care over the last quarter century, and we’re so excited about the future of our company and the healthcare industry as a whole.
Randy Boldyga, CEO of RXNT shared “From the PDA to the iPhone, technology has transformed the healthcare industry radically over the last 25 years. We’ve seen it all and we’ve weathered many storms, and I’m so proud of RXNT’s growth from humble beginnings to market leadership. I couldn’t be more excited for the next 25 years.”

Forbes Advisor Awards RXNT ‘Best Overall E-Prescribing Software’ & ‘Best EMR for Multi-specialty Practices’
For two consecutive years, RXNT has been recognized by Forbes Advisor for our EHR and Electronic Prescribing software. Our integrated Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR) software for clinical management was named the “Best for Multi-Specialty Practices” editors in their top ten rankings of the “Best EMR Systems” of 2023 and 2024.
RXNT was also named the “Best Overall” electronic prescribing solution for both 2023 and 2024, with the editors saying “RXNT is the overall best e-prescribing software, … part of an EHR system that also includes a patient engagement module, making it a good choice for providers of all.“
RXNT’s Acquisition of Scalabull
Continuing our shift toward accelerated, sustainable growth, we acquired Scalabull—a nationwide interfacing network that empowers EHR systems to connect with clinical laboratories and radiology facilities—in October of 2024. Scalabull has been a partner of RXNT for years, and by bringing its functionality in-house, we’re better positioned to streamline existing processes and systems to provide top-tier solutions to our customers.
Making Data-Driven Decisions: Our Presentation at HBMA 2024
In September, our team had the pleasure of attending HBMA’s 2024 Annual Revenue Cycle Management Fall Conference in Austin, Texas, where we spoke about the power of data-driven decision-making in healthcare.
Speakers included Chief Operating Officer, Jessica Wagner; Senior Data Engineer, Julian Glenesk; and Director of Product Management for Practice Management, Millie Hoffmann. Together, they discussed how recent advancements within healthcare technology have enabled dynamic reporting technology for analysis, insights, and visualizations—and how healthcare professionals should be using that essential data and insights to help drive decision-making.
The AI in Jacksonville: Business & Innovation Summit
In November, RXNT’s COO, Jessica Wagner, had the privilege of attending and speaking at the AI in Jacksonville: Business & Innovation Summit. The exclusive event, hosted by JPMorganChase in collaboration with the Mayo Clinic, brought together the industry’s best to discuss cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications and their transformative impact on local enterprises.
During Jessica’s panel discussion with Linda Bammann, board member and former Deputy Head of Risk Management at JPMorganChase, and Ben Gilman, CTO and Co-Founder at Dualboot Partners, they provided an in-depth look at how AI is being used in health tech today and what’s next for the industry.
Product Releases in 2024
To continue enhancing and streamlining operations for healthcare providers across the country, we launched some exciting features this year:
Advanced Reporting
Through Advanced Reporting, RXNT users can improve decision-making through data with customized, dynamic insights on revenue, aging, demographics, encounters, and more. With powerful reporting capabilities, healthcare professionals are equipped with the insights needed to improve patient outcomes, save time and resources, and expand the capacity to care for more patients.
EPCS Authentication
Two-factor authentication is crucial in healthcare—especially given the vast amount of sensitive patient data being exchanged every day. In accordance with modern security policies, we implemented a more secure, user-friendly way to prescribe controlled substances with ID.me identity proofing and tokens plus LiveID biometric authentication. This transition aligns with our commitment to providing tools and resources that optimize workflows and increase security.
Contactless Patient Enrollment
With Contactless Patient Enrollment, practices are equipped with a frictionless online booking experience where patients can request to become a new patient and self-register for their patient portal. With automated online patient enrollment, scheduling, and intake forms, there’s a significant reduction in the burden of administrative tasks.
Group Scheduling
Scheduling group appointments within the RXNT Scheduling software is easier than ever with new functionality that allows users to schedule group appointments with multiple patients, reducing the likelihood of scheduling conflicts.
RXNT in the News
This year, we had the pleasure of being featured by or talking to over 40 publications, news channels, podcasts, and more.
We met with media companies like Ticker News to uncover some of the findings from our survey on healthcare technology adoption, and we were also ranked among the top two best healthcare software companies by Small Biz Technology.
