Yes! There is a 10% discount when you paying for plans on an annual basis, with the exception of E-Prescribing (only available as a yearly plan).
Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances (EPCS) requires a two-factor authentication process that uses a soft or hard token. A small $85 recurring annual fee is associated with the physical token.
Standalone electronic prescribing is available with a yearly subscription only.
No, there is no limit on the number of non-prescribing staff members using our solutions.
Onboarding & Implementation
Yes, initial Standard Onboarding Periods are included in your subscription! E-Prescribing includes 30 days of onboarding, the EHR Bundle includes 45 days of onboarding, and both Practice Management and Full Suite Bundles include 60 days of onboarding.
Customers may purchase an Additional Onboarding Period or Additional Training Hours at their discretion.
Yes, both data storage and data imports (patient demographics/insurance) are included in your subscription! Fees for additional imports will be outlined in a quote
Customers may purchase additional imports and a historic database extension at their discretion.
Absolutely. You will be assigned a dedicated customer onboarding coach, who will meet with you weekly to make sure your project is on track and coordinate training sessions for your team to attend.
The needs of every customer will be different, but the average timeframes range from 2-4 weeks for Electronic Prescribing, 4-6 weeks for Electronic Health Records, and 6-8 weeks for a Practice Management system.
Successful onboarding is dependent on a close working relationship between you and RXNT. It's recommended that each new customer assign one individual from their team to be fully dedicated to the RXNT project for at least 30-60 days. That individual will be responsible for meeting with RXNT weekly, providing RXNT with the information we require for setup, and completing a checklist on behalf of the practice.
